We are currently searching for an elementary-school substitute teacher to join our dedicated faculty for the 2024-2025 school year.
A successful candidate must be able to develop engaging and innovative lessons that allow students to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. An ideal candidate is consistently looking for new ways to incorporate technology and hands-on learning experiences in the classroom.
Our faculty believes that collaboration with other colleagues is an integral part of a student's success. We promote understanding and communication in a diverse learning and culturally relevant environment, and a successful applicant will recognize the importance of those values.
Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of New York State curriculum standards;
- Evidence of self-motivation and willingness to be a team player;
- Bachelor’s degree is required;
- Valid State Certification is preferred, but not required.
